Warranty and Returns
Darkhorse Creations wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you're not 100% satisfied, you can return the item and get a refund of the purchase price or an exchange.
You can return items for up to 14 days from the date you receive it, by following our Returns and Warranty Terms and Conditions (below)
there is a small restocking fee applicable to returned,large bulky items due to size and weight
Refund or returns are not available on sale, clearance, price match or discounted items.
Warranty - All of our products carry a 12 month manufacturers warranty, unless otherwise stated in the product details.
Faults or Damaged Goods – you are entitled to a refund, exchange or replacement (of the items or affected parts) if your goods arrived faulty or damaged. Please notify us in writing and ensure the goods are returned within 14 working days from the date you received it. See below terms and conditions for instructions on how to make a claim.
A refund or replacement cannot be provided if products have been misused, mishandled, damaged during assembly or incorrectly installed. Customers are responsible for following product instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.
If an items packing is clearly damaged on delivery, please do not accept it from the courier. Accepting an item with damaged packing may result in your claim being denied.
Change of Mind – We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on goods if you change your mind. Please notify us in writing and return the item within 14 working days of you receiving the goods. See below Terms and Conditions below, for instructions on how to return your item.
Terms and Conditions – The following terms and conditions must be met for refunds or exchanges to be processed.
Refunds for change of mind purchases are only available by notifying Darkhorse Creations in writing with in 72 hours of receiving the product and must comply with all terms and conditions.
Goods being returned must be in original condition, unused, in the original packaging and in re-sellable condition. The item must have no damage - including minor damage cause by assembly.
Customers are required to notify Darkhorse Creations in writing regarding all returns and must receive written authorisation prior to posting the item back.
Please provide your a copy of the original tax invoice from Darkhorse Creations.
Describe the issue with the goods in detail and provide clear photos. We recommend taking multiple close up and distance photos to avoid any delays processing your claim.
Clearly state whether you are requesting a replacement, exchange or refund
Our Customer Service Department will contact you with authorisation and postage instructions for you to be able to return your goods.
Refunds and exchanges are generally processed within 2-5 working days of us receiving the goods back at our warehouse. You will be notified once the refund has been processed or the exchange dispatched.
Items that have not been authorised in writing by Darkhorse Creations Customer Service Department for return/exchange will not be accepted.
Freight costs for items being returned are the responsibility of the customer and are not reimbursable by Darkhorse Creations
